Interviewees include Bruce Kovner, Richard Dennis, Paul Tudor Jones, Michael Steinhardt, Ed Seykota, Marty Schwartz and Tom Badwin. You should research each of those traders to learn some of their unique skills too. This book helps you see what it is that makes successful traders. This would be probably the 2nd most read trading book ever.

Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns by Thomas N. Bulkowski is a good way to learn about chart patterns and also the performance statistics behind these in both bull and bear markets. It also teaches you how to trade major events like quarterly earnings, retail sales and stock upgrades and downgrades.
